CLA or conjugated linoleic acid is a fatty acid derived from linoleic acid (LA) from the omega 6 series is obtained from vegetable oils, such as sunflower or safflower oil and animal sources such as dairy products and meat from ruminants. Solgar Tonalin CLA comes from the seeds of natural safflower oil.
